We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house (FOH) and/or back-of-house (BOH) operations in our F&B establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service, uphold brand standards, and lead the team in delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations (FOH & BOH) to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and manpower planning.
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in compliance with NEA regulations.
- Oversee cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and inventory management.
- Support management in implementing promotions, SOPs, and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in F&B (restaurant, caf, or hotel setting).
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Service-oriented with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of F&B operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in F&B, Hospitality, or related fields preferred.
