Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise workers at various project sites
2. Ensure work is carried out according to plans and specifications
3. Driving
4. Performing daily vehicle checks and maintaining cleanliness
5. Driving safely and adhering to traffic rules and regulations
6. Completing other tasks as assigned by the superior
7. Resource Management Coordinate and dispatch workers to appropriate job sites
8. Manage workforce allocation efficiently
9. Attend and participate in site meetings
10. Maintain accurate records of site activities and workforce performance
11. Achoc works, Flexible working time and days
12. Long working hours

Required Skills:

• Valid Class 4 License with at least 3 years experience
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in report writing and documentation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and safety regulations
