Job Description

  • Team leadership: Guiding a team to meet daily targets and performance goals. This includes assigning tasks, providing direction, and fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Performance management: Monitoring team productivity, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback and coaching to help employees improve.
  • Operations management: Creating employee schedules, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget, and managing resources and equipment.
  • Training and development: Training new employees, developing training programs, and ensuring team members are properly skilled for their duties.
  • Communication: Serving as a key link between frontline staff and upper management, providing updates on performance, and communicating company policies and procedures.
  • Problem-solving: Resolving conflicts, addressing employee concerns, and handling day-to-day issues that arise.
  • Policy enforcement: Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed and taking disciplinary action when necessary.

Essential skills and qualifications

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to monitor performance and accuracy.
