Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
• Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, inventory, and workflow.
