SUPERVISOR

Job Description (Responsibilities):

• Supervise and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assign duties and monitor performance of staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle staff training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and resolve work-related issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management.
• Maintain good communication between staff and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary/ITE/Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in Construction.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with positive working attitude.
