To carry out supervisory roles in day to day site activities including taking care of workers.
Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintains the required quality.
Coordinate between colleagues from different departments to ensure the smooth transition of works and eliminate abortive works through regular discussions.
To supervise subcon works and ensure subcontractor's progress in accordance to schedule.
Ensure proper preparation of work areas to carry out the works and ensure adequate materials preparation for execution.
To coordinate with client's supervisory staffs on a day to day activities, inspections, etc.
To liaise with Main-con and other contractors to ensure smooth operation.
Monitor performance of subcontractors, evaluate the progress and manpower to ensure adequacy and adhering to schedule.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and site procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients.
Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
Prepare daily site reports, work schedules, and progress updates.
Identify and resolve site issues and technical problems promptly.
