SUPERVISOR

• Supervise daily site operations and workers activities

• Ensure work is carried out according to project schedule and requirements

• Coordinate with managers, subcontractors, and workers on site

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site rules

• Report site progress, issues, and manpower status to management

• Maintain proper site records and documentation

• Perform any other duties assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Relevant working experience as a Supervisor

• Familiar with construction site operations and procedures

• Strong leadership and coordination skills

• Able to work independently and under pressure

• Basic knowledge of workplace safety requirements
