. Oversee daily operations of the food production facility to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
. Plan, coordinate, and supervise production schedules and staff deployment.
. Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety regulations, and company SOPs.
. Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper operation of equipment and facilities.
. Manage inventory of raw materials and packaging materials, and liaise with suppliers when necessary.
. Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to maintain high work performance and discipline.
. Monitor production output and ensure timely completion of orders.
. Investigate and resolve production issues and quality complaints.
. Work closely with other departments (Quality Control, Logistics, Admin) to achieve production targets.
. Prepare daily/weekly reports on production, staff performance, and issues encountered.
