RESPONSIBILITIES

. Inventory management for retail stores

. Ensure all product codes are entered correctly and accurately into the system

. Packaging of bags and jewellery products

. Overseeing the ordering and packaging process

. Maintain supply chain inventory and records

. Collaborate with other departments and outlets to ensure supply chain processes meet requirements

. Other administrative duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

. Candidate must possess at least O Level certificate

. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel is an advantage

. Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associates

. Efficient and independent

. A good team worker
