Job Description

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, mentor, and coordinate electricians/technicians, assigning tasks and reviewing work.
Project Management: Plan, schedule, and organize electrical projects, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, electrical codes (local/national), conduct inspections, and train staff on safety protocols.
Technical Oversight: Review blueprints/drawings, troubleshoot complex issues, provide technical support, and ensure quality of installations.
Resource & Material Management: Estimate labor/material needs, manage inventory, and ensure necessary equipment is available.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work, progress, inspections, and report to project managers.
Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other departments.
