Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and profitability by meeting sales targets, controlling costs, and optimizing pricing strategies.
- Lead and manage teams - recruit, train, and motivate staff while fostering a positive work culture.
- Execute in-store marketing and promotions to boost customer engagement and sales.
- Maintain brand standards through regular audits and staff training to ensure consistency across all outlets.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in retail or F&B operations management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Able to analyze sales data and drive performance improvements.
