Job Description

Oversee and coordinate daily operations and team activities during assigned shifts
Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback, coaching, and mentorship
Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and workload
Train and onboard new employees on company procedures, job duties, and performance expectations
Conduct performance evaluations and identify opportunities for professional development
Manage work schedules, attendance records, and timekeeping to ensure adequate coverage
Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and customer complaints promptly and professionally
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards
Prepare and submit reports on team performance, productivity metrics, and operational issues to management
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations and communication
Monitor workflow and adjust resources to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve processes
