Head Of Operations - FMCG Food

As a Head of Operations, be part of the leadership team of a leading FMCG food business and shape its Warehouse, Transport & Purchasing operations.

Our client is a well-established player in the foods space, supplying to leading restaurants, hotels, and retail partners across Singapore. As part of their next phase of growth, they are looking for a Head of Operations to take ownership of critical business functions that oversee a team of 60+ staff across 3 key functions.

What you'll drive:

• End-to-end Warehouse, Purchasing & Transport operations across a high-volume environment
• Drive transformation projects & process improvement strategies
• Operational strategy and execution, balancing long-term improvements with day-to-day performance
• Service levels, productivity, and cost optimisation, with full ownership of operational outcomes
• Data-driven decision making, leveraging KPIs and operational insights to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience in warehouse + logistics operations (must-have)
• A hands-on leader who is comfortable being on the ground but at the same time comfortable with high-level strategic discussions
• Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Exposure to food distribution / cold chain is advantageous
• Food OR Beverage experience is a MUST
• Someone stepping up or already operating at Operations Director level
