Product Manager – B2C Payments (Pay-in & Pay-out)

(a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to own and scale our B2C payments experience, covering both user funding (收款 / pay-in) and user withdrawals (付款 / pay-out) across fiat and digital asset rails.

This role focuses on building seamless, secure, and high-conversion payment journeys for retail users — from onboarding and deposits to withdrawals and settlement — across multiple payment methods and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Ownership & Strategy

• Own end-to-end B2C payment flows: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and wallet interactions
• Define product roadmap for user funding and payout experiences across fiat and crypto
• Drive growth in payment success rates, user activation, and transaction volume

2. Pay-in (收款) Experience

• Build and optimize deposit methods: bank transfers, cards, e-wallets, and crypto on-ramps
• Manage integrations with payment partners and schemes (e.g. Visa, Mastercard)
• Improve conversion rates, reduce failed transactions, and optimize checkout UX

3. Pay-out (付款) Experience

• Design withdrawal flows across bank rails, e-wallets, and crypto off-ramps
• Optimize payout speed, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Manage liquidity flow coordination with treasury and operations teams

4. User Experience & Growth

• Simplify onboarding-to-first-transaction journey
• Build intuitive payment interfaces, status tracking, and notifications
• Partner with marketing and growth teams to drive activation and retention

5. Risk, Compliance & Controls

• Embed KYC/KYB, AML, and transaction monitoring requirements into payment flows
• Work closely with compliance to align with regulatory frameworks (e.g. Monetary Authority of Singapore)
• Balance friction vs security in payment authentication and risk controls

6. Data & Optimization

• Track and optimize key metrics: conversion rate, success rate, drop-offs, payout TAT
• Run A/B tests to improve UX and payment performance
• Use data to identify bottlenecks and scale high-performing payment methods

7. Cross-Functional Execution

• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and commercial teams
• Work with external partners: payment gateways, banks, liquidity providers
• Drive product launches and integrations end-to-end

Minimum Qualifications

• 3–7 years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or consumer financial products
• Strong understanding of B2C payment flows (deposit, withdrawal, wallet systems)
• Experience with payment methods: cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, or crypto rails
• Familiarity with payment UX, conversion optimization, and user journey design
• Experience working with APIs and technical teams
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making

Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto platforms, exchanges, or digital asset payment flows
• Exposure to on/off-ramp solutions and stablecoins
• Understanding of fraud prevention and payment risk controls
• Experience scaling products across multiple geographies
