Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Supervise, train, and motivate service staff
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times
- Assist with scheduling, stock management, and opening/closing duties
- Support the management team in achieving service and sales goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a passion for customer service
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
