Job Description

  • Site Supervision: Supervise construction activities, workers, and subcontractors on-site, ensuring proper sequencing and workflow.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) measures, ensure proper PPE usage, and comply with safety regulations/codes.
  • Project Coordination: Assist Project Managers with site planning, manpower scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Records & Reporting: Prepare daily site reports, material tracking reports, and maintain updated site records.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate the delivery, storage, and efficient allocation of tools and materials.
