Job Summary

Lead and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and schedules. Coordinate with site operations staff and manage subcontractors and workers to deliver successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure smooth operations and timely progress
• Supervise subcontractors and in-house workers to maintain productivity and adherence to standards
• Collaborate with site operations staff to align work with project schedules and milestones
• Verify that installations follow construction drawings accurately to meet design specifications
• Monitor work progress and quality to ensure compliance with project requirements and scope
• Lead and direct workers in executing site tasks efficiently and safely
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager to support project objectives
