Job Description:

Lead the team and ensure the service standards are upheld

Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the production

Obtain sales target given by the management

Promote positive work environment

Support team to reach common goals

Inspect storage areas for organization and cleanliness

Assist the manager to monitor the production and train the staff

Requirements:

Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
