Job Summary
The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and leading the service team to achieve operational efficiency and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver high service standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints professionally
- Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and discipline
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety regulations
- Assist in inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management
- Support management in achieving sales targets and outlet performance
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the outlet
- Coordinate with kitchen and management team for smooth operations
