Job Title: Store Supervisor

Job Summary

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role supports the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

. Supervise and coordinate daily store operations

. Lead, train, and motivate store staff

. Ensure high standards of customer service

. Monitor stock levels, receive goods, and manage inventory

. Handle opening and closing procedures

. Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies

. Resolve customer complaints and staff issues professionally

. Assist in sales planning and promotional activities

. Prepare daily/weekly reports for management

Requirements

. Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role

. Strong leadership and communication skills

. Basic inventory and cash handling knowledge

. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

. Physically fit if stock handling is required

. Proficient in basic computer systems / POS systems

Preferred Qualifications

. Diploma or equivalent

. Experience in retail / warehouse / FMCG industry

. Multilingual abilities are an advantage

Working Conditions

. Full-time position

. Overtime may be necessary during peak periods
