Brief Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead a team of Retail Associates, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction to meet Mystery Shopper expectations. Drive and promote the membership program. Support Junior and Senior Retail Associates in effectively communicating product features and benefits. Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently. Oversee store activities in accordance with Operational Procedures and Visual Merchandising guidelines. Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to Health and Safety standards. Conduct alterations as necessary. Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performance team. Facilitate new employee onboarding and team training. Provide constructive feedback while identifying development areas for team members.

Requirements

• At least O'Level qualification. Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience. Proven experience in team management. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a hands-on approach. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Passionate about retail and customer service.
