Job Summary

Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining budgetary control and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and guest satisfaction
• Manage operational budgets to optimize resource allocation and control costs within established guidelines
• Maintain and enhance internal and external customer service standards to foster positive guest relationships
• Conduct regular inspections of outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and facility functionality to uphold company standards
• Monitor food quality, guest services, and overall outlet tidiness to achieve total customer satisfaction
• Welcome and acknowledge guests professionally, adhering to company service protocols
• Ensure festive decorations and food displays are properly arranged and maintained to enhance guest experience
• Provide informed food and beverage recommendations to guests to enhance their dining experience
• Execute administrative tasks including stock ordering, staff rostering, billing, daily reporting, and duty assignments to support smooth operations
• Resolve personnel issues by managing hiring, staff evaluation, and conflict resolution to maintain a productive team environment
• Lead staff briefings and updates to communicate operational priorities and maintain team alignment
• Address and resolve guest complaints professionally to maintain service quality and guest loyalty
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment by efficiently managing varied duties as assigned by management
