Supervisor

• Conduct orientation and on-site training for new cleaners at clients premises.
• Supervise and monitor the work progress and service quality at assigned project sites.
• Lead, guide and support cleaners to ensure cleaning standards are consistently achieved.
• Perform cleaning duties together with the team whenever required (Hands-on).
• Attend to manpower shortages and provide site coverage when necessary.
• Arrange and deploy cleaners to various client sites across Singapore.
• Deliver cleaning chemicals, consumables and equipment to job sites.
• Carry out regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Liaise with clients professionally and respond promptly to operational matters.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, workplace safety requirements and clients expectations.
• Submit site reports and update management on operational issues.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the cleaning industry.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Ability to converse in Mandarin and dialects will be an added advantage.
• Physically fit and willing to travel islandwide.
• Must be willing to perform cleaning work and lead by example (Hands-on role).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, responsible and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends or public holidays when operationally required.
