Job Description & Requirements

A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing daily activities at the construction site to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. Key duties include:

1. Monitor the productivity and performance of workers to ensure targets and quality standards are met.

2. Provide technical and engineering support at the work site when required.

3. Prepare daily progress reports and update management on site activities.

4. Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

5. Arrange and coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for site operations.

6. Follow instructions and directions issued by the office and management team
