Recognized Tertiary qualification in Diploma or related discipline
At least three (3) years relevant project management experience in the area of project management for system related works
Proficient in programmed planning software such as Microsoft Project for Windows
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful and meticulous
Highly motivated and pro-active with the ability to work both independently as well as in a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) for Windows
Good verbal communication and writing skills in English
Be expected to travel regularly between office and sites
Perform night work based on project needs and
Possess Class 3 driving license is preferred.
Job Description
Develop and execute the operations projects with multiple project engineers and managers within the work place.
Responsible for project functions included but not limited to Site Management, Control Management, Procurement, Construction Management, etc. are all coordinated and properly staffed to meet the project.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project.
Establish the working relationship with operations management needed to facilitate the coordination and execution of project work, such that the operational impact is minimized.
Monitor engineering progress against budget and forecasted schedule.
