Supervisor

Job Description:

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Review and conduct regular site inspections, and address technical or safety-related issues promptly.
• Monitor and record site progress, manpower deployment, and material usage in line with project specifications.
• Report daily progress and site updates to the Project Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound knowledge of construction practices, safety requirements, and building regulations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple site activities and maintain high-quality standards.
• Driving skill is a plus
