We are seeking a dedicated and hands on Supervisor to lead our front-line team. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring productivity targets are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who excels at coaching team members, optimizing workflows, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Executives, Associates, or Operations Staff.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
- Identify training needs and support the development of team members skills.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
- Manage shift schedules, leave planning, and daily duty rosters.
Operations Management :
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor team performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements.
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of operational metrics.
- Manage inventory, resources, and equipment to support smooth operations.
- Address and resolve operational issues and escalations promptly.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and company guidelines.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, or at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
