Supervisor

Requirements
. Must have previous working experience in Singapore
. Preferably from the F&B or service industry
. Strong leadership and communication skills
. Able to handle floor operations and guide junior staff
. Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently

Job Responsibilities
. Oversee daily outlet operations
. Lead, train, and supervise service staff
. Ensure smooth and efficient customer service
. Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery
. Assist with inventory checks, ordering, and staff scheduling
. Support management in implementing promotions & improving workflow
