Supervisor

Supervise ERSS operators or response team members

Assign roles during sheet pile installation and extract

Conduct shift briefings and performance monitoring

Oversee emergency systems (alarms, CCTV, PA systems, fire panels)

Ensure all systems are functioning and tested regularly

Respond to alerts and investigate soil report

Strong leadership and decision-making under pressure

Knowledge of emergency procedures and safety regulations

Communication and coordination skills

Technical understanding of safety systems

Problem-solving and risk assessment
