Job Summary
You will lead the security or fire command centre team to manage incidents, supervise staff, and execute evacuation plans to ensure site safety and operational readiness.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the security or fire command centre team to maintain site safety and security
- Oversee incident management by promptly identifying, reporting, and documenting security or fire events
- Supervise security personnel directly to ensure compliance with protocols and effective team performance
- Execute evacuation plans and conduct exercises to prepare the site for emergency situations
- Maintain and update the deployment roster to ensure adequate staffing coverage at the site
- Use PC and smartphone technology to create and submit accurate incident reports promptly
- Perform additional security-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support site operations
