Job Description

  • Coordinate production department activities
  • . Ensure machining set-up & identifies the machine for servicing/repair if necessary
  • . handle troubleshooting when errors occur
  • . Lead staff in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • . Production scheduling
  • . Staff scheduling
  • . Lead production team to achieve department productivity and quality goals
  • . Ensure line clearance is practiced for mix-up prevention
  • . Ensure customer orders are fulfilled
  • . Ensure all products meet specified quality standards and minimize the cost of production
  • . Employee orientation and training
  • . Enforce workers basic work disciplines and resolve worker's problems
  • . make sure workplace safety
  • . Daily reporting to the management
  • . Other ad hoc duties assigned
