Warehouse Supervisor

Essential Functions

. Supervise and lead the warehouse team to ensure productivity, accuracy, and efficiency in daily operations.

. Plan and optimise warehouse space, racking systems, and resource allocation.

. Enforce proper protocols for goods receiving, inspection, and system transactions using our own system.

. Manage Pick & Pack operations and ensure FIFO practices are followed for all outbound deliveries.

. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform weekly cycle counts and annual stock takes.

. Conduct daily inspections to ensure a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment.

. Liaise with dispatch teams and transport service providers.

. Support import/export documentation and compliance activities.
