Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1 To lead a team of workers and ensures supervision, discipline, and training

2. To conducts on the job training, to provide guidance and coach workers to increase competency level

3. To review work flow and to provide feedback on how to improve it on a regular basis.

4. To communicate with clients to fulfil their needs

5. To identity equipment faults and report to client & management

6. Be the first contact to settle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirement:

1. Able to work night-shift, split-shifts.

2. Able to work OT when required.

3. At least 1 year's experience in a similar role in cleaning sector

4. Diploma/Degree holder preferred.
