Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
Inventory Planning and Management

Maintain accurate inventory data and perform regular cycle counts.Monitor inventory aging status and minimize aged stock as well as obsolete inventory.

Take charge of inventory reporting and data analysis, identify improvement solutions and implement corresponding measures to meet local and regional operational requirements, and optimize overall cost efficiency.

In charge of daily logistics and warehouse operation management.

Team Management

Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of team output and documentation.

Identify and address the training needs of team members, ensuring training systems are effective and results-oriented.

Train new hires and update operational processes.

Manage and maintain discipline among warehouse staff.

Job Requirements:
