Job Summary
You will manage daily accounting data entry and bank reconciliations, support branch operations, coordinate recruitment and permits, and liaise with government agencies to ensure smooth administrative and financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts receivable and accounts payable data entry to maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify and balance company accounts
- Prepare and manage product inventory for branch distribution and receipt
- Execute general administrative duties to support office and branch operations efficiently
- Facilitate onboarding protocols for new staff to ensure smooth integration
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support business needs
- Liaise with government agencies such as IRAS and MOM to ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage local and overseas correspondence to maintain effective communication channels
- Prepare quotations and manage purchase orders to support procurement processes
- Provide general operational support to branches to enhance workflow
- Coordinate recruitment activities and manage application processes for work permits
Required competencies and certifications
- Knowledge of accounting practices demonstrated through relevant work experience
- Proficiency in computer applications to support accounting and administrative tasks
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or business administration
- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience using Xero accounting software to manage financial records
