10. Monitoring construction progress against schedules, updating daily/weekly work reports, and reporting to engineers or managers.
11. Interpreting blueprints and drawings, conducting site surveys, and ensuring work methods adhere to technical specifications
12. Managing materials and equipment, and ensuring site housekeeping
13. Performing site measurements, maintaining records, and assisting in documentation for billing
14. Relevant certifications such as the Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course.
15. Strong communication and leadership skills to lead worker teams
16. Monitor progress and productivity
17. Act as the link between engineers, project managers, and workers
18. Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
19. Coordinate different trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing, structural)
20. Attend site meetings and brief workers on tasks
