Job Description

  • Supervision & Leadership: Manage a team of technicians, delegate tasks, provide training, and evaluate performance.
  • Maintenance & Technical Oversight: Oversee routine servicing (cleaning coils, checking refrigerant) and repair of compressors, fans, and motors.
  • Installation & Projects: Plan and supervise the installation of new AC systems, ensuring adherence to blueprints and technical specifications.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety standards, environmental regulations, and local building codes.
  • Scheduling & Documentation: Prepare maintenance schedules, order supplies, manage budgets, and maintain daily logs and reports.
  • Customer Service: Address client concerns and provide technical advice on HVAC systems.
