Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of drivers and logistics staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee vehicle scheduling, route planning, and timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor staff performance, provide training and guidance, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle customer service matters, resolve issues, and maintain good client relationships.
- Ensure safety regulations and operational standards are met at all times.
- Report to the Operations Manager and support in operational planning and improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Logiransportation, or related field preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
