The stall supervisor must ensure that the stall is neat and presentable, as the stall's appearance directly influences customer perception of the establishment's quality.
Duties:
. Ensure the proper use and maintenance of operating equipment and interact with customers and informing guests and their needs, comments and suggestions.
. 100% involved in the operation of the stall.
. Report fraud, complaints and operational problems to boss.
. Actively participate in physical inventory taking.
. Direct assistance to boss at the stall, report fraud, complaints and operational problems to boss also .
. Ensure reports popularity of food and beverages.
. Promote the sale of products that help improve the utility, to increase sales.
. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
. Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
