We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our project sites. You will be responsible for managing site workers, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining the quality of work to meet project deadlines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved blueprints, drawings, and schedules.

• Safety Leadership: Enforce all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations. Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings.

• Team Coordination: Manage and delegate tasks to site workers and subcontractors. Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Architects.

• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets building codes and project standards.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily site logs, including progress reports, manpower attendance, and incident reports.

• Resource Management: Monitor the usage of materials and equipment to minimize waste and ensure timely delivery of supplies.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.

• Certification: Must possess a valid Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS) certificate (now known as Supervise Construction Work for WSH).

• Language: Proficient in English (written and spoken). Ability to speak a second language (e.g., Mandarin, Tamil, or Bengali) is a plus for worker communication.
