Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9 am to 1:00 pm

Job Summary

We are seeking a Car Detailing & Paint Protection Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations, supervise staff, and ensure car detailing and vehicle protection services are carried out in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.

This role focuses on team supervision, workflow coordination, quality control, and operational compliance, with hands-on support provided when required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily car detailing and vehicle protection operations.
2. Assign work tasks and monitor job progress to meet operational timelines.
3. Train and guide staff to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
4. Conduct quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
5. Assist in resolving operational or workmanship issues.
6. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
7. Enforce workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance requirements.
8. Maintain basic operational records and job status updates.
9. Coordinate with management on manpower planning and workflow improvements.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in automotive detailing or vehicle grooming.
2. Prior experience in a supervisory or team-lead role is preferred.
3. Familiarity with car washing, polishing, and paint protection processes.
4. Able to supervise staff and ensure compliance with SOPs.
5. Basic communication and coordination skills.
6. Physically fit for workshop duties.
