Job Description
- M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Supervisor and General Foreman bridges management and site workers, overseeing daily installations (electrical) to ensure compliance with drawings, safety, and schedules.
- Supervise daily M&E site activities, electrical systems and fire protection.
- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants to ensure seamless work flow.
- Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.
- Manage and lead technicians, foremen, and workers, including duty scheduling and performance monitoring.Oversee project progress to meet milestones, conducting site inspections to ensure quality control (e.g., SSOC/BCA/SCDF standards).
- Identify and resolve technical problems and site clashes promptly to minimize delays.
