Manage and oversee the entire land construction process, ensuring all site activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and project schedules.

. Serve as the main point of contact for site operations, effectively communicating and resolving issues as they arise.

. Liaise effectively with Subcontractor Managers and Main Contractor management staff, ensuring seamless coordination.
