Job Description

Responsibilities & Roles

  • Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations (service, kitchen coordination, cleanliness)
  • Lead and manage service staff (waiters, baristas, kitchen crew)
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
  • Control inventory (food, beverages, supplies) and reduce wastage
  • Train new employees and improve team performance
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and upselling products
  • Prepare daily reports (sales, staff performance, stock levels)
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and task assignments
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards

Requirements

  • Typically 2-5 years of experience in F&B industry
  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food service operations and hygiene standards
  • Basic understanding of POS systems and inventory management
  • Good time management and multitasking
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Able to work long hours
  • Leadership and team management
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Positive attitude
