Supervisor

. Examine specifications to determine dimensions of structure.

. Measures boards, timbers, or plywood, and marks and cuts material to size.

. Cuts boards and plywood to required sizes using power saws.

. Erects scaffolds, rigs, guard rails, and planks securely for turbine maintenance operations and installs ladders, handrails, walkways, platforms, and gangways.

. Alteration of scaffold whenever needed and dismantling post completion of job.

. Keep all appropriate records and complete any necessary paperwork required.

. With the safety personnel, oversee the implementation of risk and safety assessments

. Use and maintain the proper safety equipment and PPE always in accordance with training, and Company policy.

. Move machinery and equipment using hoists, cranes, chain falls and trucks

. Load, transport, and unload scaffolding materials, tools, equipment and supplies

. Coaching and Developing Others - Identifying the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills

. Perform other duties as assigned

. Travel may be required

. Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments.
