SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations at assigned sites (hotels, supermarkets, restaurants, nursing homes).
• Assign tasks to cleaners and ensure work is completed properly and on time.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
• Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning methods and safety procedures.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of workers.
• Report issues, damages, or manpower problems to management.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are properly used and maintained.
• Liaise with clients and site managers when necessary.
  

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning or supervisory role is preferred.
• Able to lead and manage a team of cleaners.
• Responsible, proactive, and good communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple sites if required.
• Basic understanding of hygiene, safety, and cleaning standards.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if needed.
• Able to write simple reports (attendance, site updates).
