RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER (ARCHITECTURAL)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate architectural works for assigned construction projects.

• Ensure site activities comply with design specifications and project requirements.

• Review architectural drawings and identify any design or engineering changes.

• Work closely with architectural consultants to resolve site and design issues.

• Conduct site inspections, including works and material/sample verification.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in building or architectural-related discipline.

• Registered RTO with IES or ACES.

• At least 2 years of experience in RTO-related roles.

• Preferably experienced in LTA infrastructure projects.

• Knowledge of BIM for design coordination is an advantage.
