Supervisor F&B Operations

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise daily F&B operations and staff deployment.

Prepare duty rosters and coordinate daily work assignments.

Monitor food/service quality and operational standards.

Assist with ordering, inventory and stock control.

Train and guide operational staff.

Handle customer enquiries and routine operational issues.

Ensure hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety requirements are followed.

Assist management with daily operational reports.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant F&B or supervisory experience able to supervise a team and work according to operational requirements.
