Job Description
We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and ensure excellent customer service and service quality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide beauticians in delivering professional beauty services
- Oversee daily shop operations, including staff scheduling and workflow management
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with company standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor product inventory and support stock management
- Train, motivate, and support staff to maintain high service standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in beauty/wellness
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to provide guidance while fostering a positive work environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new industry trends
Employment Details
- Location: To be assigned
- Working hours: 8 hr (one day off per week)
- Salary: 3500 - 6500
