Roles & Responsibilities
- To possess a class 3 license to drive a lorry
- Comfortable with driving large freezer trucks
- Responsible for timely delivery island wide
- To bring goods (20-50KG) from the warehouse to the lorry and from the lorry to the customers during delivery
- Cross checking of stock count and products before loading them to vehicle
- Should have great coordinating skills
- Have at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Be physically strong to carry, load and unload heavy items
- Familiar with the routes in Singapore
- Able to do any other duties as and when assigned
- Able to assist Manager arrange and schedule the transportation duties and perform duties diligently in accordance with the daily orders.
- Using the navigation apps to determine the best routes.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure orders are complete, the charges are correct and customers are satisfied.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.
- Abiding transportation laws and maintain a safe driving records.
- Preparing documents & collect payments relating to deliveries.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a class 3 Driver
- A valid class 3 driver's license
- A clean driving records
- A polite and professional disposition
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations (eg rush / peak hours)
- Able to carry heavy goods 20-50KG
- Flexibility working times, need to work at public holidays and weekends
- 6 working days per week
- At least two years of working experiences and have experience in related field is prefer in this post.
- Candidate must process at least a degree or higher diploma in any fields.
- Time management, meticulous and mature in works
- Working hours starts in midnight / wee hours
